After nearly two decades of building AKASHA around seasonal ingredients, meaningful sourcing, and a deep love of place, I am excited to share a natural extension of that journey: Travel by Akasha, a full service travel company.

Through Travel by Akasha, I now curate intimate, food-centered journeys where meals are slow, stories are shared, and culture is experienced at the table. It’s the same philosophy you know from our kitchen, carried into the world.

Travel has long been at the heart of my life as a chef, and one place that continues to call me back is Sardinia—an island of ancient foodways, pastoral traditions, and profound connection to the land.
