AKASHA AT HOME DISHES
If your oven runs hot, you can reduce these oven temperatures.
Bacon-Cheddar Biscuits: Preheat oven to 400. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Serve with honey-butter.
Hash: Remove plastic lid. Preheat oven to 375. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
Brisket: Remove plastic lid. Cover and bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
Shakshuka: Remove plastic lid. Transfer mix to an oven proof dish. Crack 2 eggs on top of the shakshuka mix. Bake until eggs or set. You can also fry or poach eggs separately.
Focaccia: Remove plastic lid. Heat whole or you can slice and toast as needed.
Succotash: Remove plastic lid. Cover and heat in the oven or heat in a sauté pan.
Risotto: Heat risotto in saute pan or small sauce pan with 1/2 of the stock.Bring to a simmer, slowly add more stock as needed.
Thai Curry: Heat vegetable curry in a small sauce pan. Heat rice in a sauce pan with a small amount of water until hot. Serve curry over rice.
Faroe Island Salmon: Cover with foil and heat at 325 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
Fried Chicken Dinner: Remove plastic cover, and pickles & honey mustard
bake in container at 325 uncovered for 30 minutes
Eggplant Parm & Pasta: Remove plastic, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 325-350
Vietnamese Chicken & Rice Bowl: Heat in sauce pan with a small amount of water
Lasagna: Remove lid, heat at 325 degrees until hot, about 30 minutes
Chicken Wings: Heat on a cookie sheet at 400 for 8-10 minutes
Brisket: Heat covered at 325 for 20 minutes
Skillet Mac & Cheese: Heat uncovered 350 for 20 minutes
Pizza or Flat Bread: Bake on a cookie sheet at 375-400 for 8-10 minutes
Soup & Chile: Heat in a sauce pan until hot
Rice or Quinoa: Heat in sauce pan or microwave until hot
Meat Loaf: Slice & bake in a casserole dish or on a sheet pan for 325 for 30 minutes
Turkey Meatballs: Cover & bake in a casserole or on a sheet pan at 350 for 30 minutes
Chicken Parm: Remove lid, cover & bake in a dish or in foil pan covered for 20-25 minutes
Eggplant Parm, Remove lid, cover & bake in a dish or in the foil pan, covered for 20-25 minutes, longer if frozen
Pasta: Heat in a sauté pan until hot or bake covered in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes
Vegetables: Sauté or heat in a sauce pot until hot. You can also heat covered in the oven
Fried Chicken Thighs: Heat at 325-350 uncovered for 20 minutes-also good cold!
Enchiladas: Heat covered in container or casserole dish at 350 for 30 minutes
FOR FROZEN PIES
To re-heat, unwrap & bake at 325 uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
Root Vegetable Casserole: Heat uncovered 30 minutes until hot
Potato Pancakes: Heat separately on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes
