The AKASHA bakery is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:30 pm, and 9 am to 5:30pm on Saturday. Along with our artisan baked goods we offer locally roasted organic/fair trade coffee and organic/fair trade tea. All of our coffee drinks are made with organic dairy and or organic soymilk.

All of our bakery items are made from scratch in house, with organic flours and sugars, sustainable and organic chocolate, and organic milk and soymilk. We are committed to using quality, artisan, sustainable and organic ingredients, free of colors, artificial preservatives and no hydrogenated fats. Some of our pastries are dairy free, vegan and made with spelt.

Our fresh baked assortment includes muffins, scone, sweet rolls and bagels for the morning crowd. Additional daily selections include cookies, tea cakes, cupcakes, tarts, bars and brownies.
